Terms of Use
The access and use of PrivaPDF attribute the status of user, who accepts the terms set forth herein.
The user undertakes to make lawful use of the tool, respecting current legality in the processing of third-party documents (medical records, contracts, etc.).
PrivaPDF reserves the right to interrupt access to the platform for technical maintenance, which is carried out entirely through AWS Serverless infrastructure to guarantee maximum availability.
Intellectual Property and Licenses
Interface and Brand
The visual design, logos, integration code, AWS Cognito configurations and business logic of PrivaPDF are the exclusive property of the owner, covered by a Commercial License that allows the use of BentoPDF in proprietary applications.
Processing Engines (Open Source)
PrivaPDF uses free software components for PDF file processing. In accordance with the AGPL-3.0 license, we inform that the engines used (PyMuPDF, Ghostscript and CoherentPDF) are loaded dynamically and their original source code can be consulted publicly and for free in the official BentoPDF repository on GitHub.
Software Use: The purchase of a license (Monthly, Annual or Lifetime) grants the user a non-exclusive right of use to manage their documents through our personalized interface.
Disclaimer
Local Processing: Since PrivaPDF operates via WebAssembly (WASM) technology on the client's device, the owner does not have access to, nor stores, nor is responsible for the content of the documents processed by the user.
Browser Security: It is the user's responsibility to keep their browser updated to ensure the correct operation of the WASM modules and session security.
Payments and Subscriptions
Payment processing and automated invoicing are handled via the secure platforms Stripe and Holded.
Users can manage their subscriptions and download official invoices at any time through the self-service portal.
Data Protection
Any personal data collected for account creation is governed by the provisions of our Privacy Policy, being stored securely through AWS Cognito and managing communications through Listmonk on our own servers.
Legislation and Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any disputes or issues related to this website, Spanish law shall apply. Both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao, Spain (or the consumer's jurisdiction, where applicable by law).
